What's New at MSPCOA
MSP retirees are now consolidated into one organization. The letter that's included here for reference is being mailed to our COA retirees that were maintaining membership in retirement. Moving forward, ALL retiree memberships will be managed by the MSPTA Retirees Committee. COA retirees in good standing should receive the application / renewal notice in a separate mailing. If you're a retired command officer and have either let your membership lapse or do not receive the new dues notice by the end of July, please consider using "Contact Us" available from this website to provide us with your contact information and we'll be sure to forward it appropriately for inclusion to the master retiree membership list.

Welcome to the website of the Michigan State Police Command Officers Association. From our inception through present day, we strive to provide high value representation for all of our members. We advocate for compensation, benefits, and the overall working conditions for the command officers of the MSP. We are also active in any matters involving the retirement benefits of all MSP retirees.
We are the only labor organization recognized by the Michigan Civil Service Commission and the Department of State Police as the representative of MSP command officers. Additionally, we stand firm with associates of the Michigan State Police Troopers Association and Michigan Association of Police Organizations in issues that impact the working men and women in law enforcement throughout the state of Michigan.
If you are a MSP command officer and not currently a member, I would encourage you to consider joining our association. If you would like additional information or have questions regarding membership, please contact your division or district representative, any of our officers, or send your inquiry to the MSPCOA email address provided in contact information.
